Football Recap: Blue Valley North Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Blue Valley North lost against Blue Valley back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mustangs were dealt a 35-7 defeat at the hands of the Tigers. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Even if they lost, Blue Valley North's defensive line still kept up the pressure with three sacks. In that department, Frank Hall was the leader with two. He is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in each of the last four games he's played. Blue Valley North got some further help from Rett Daniels: he forced one fumble, made ten total tackles (3.0 for loss), and defended two passes.

Blue Valley had a senior duo take command as Taft Stueve rushed for 94 yards and two touchdowns and Hayden Ward rushed for 160 yards and one TD. Those 160 rushing yards set a new season-high mark for Ward.

Blue Valley North now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Blue Valley, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3.
