Football Recap: Macon Finds Playoff Glory Versus Mark Twain

With a playoff win on the line, Macon rose to the challenge on Friday. They claimed a resounding 48-6 win over Mark Twain. The result was nothing new for Macon, who have now won four contests by 21 points or more so far this season.

Macon is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 13.2 points on average over those games. As for Mark Twain, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
