Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Rancho Bernardo walked away with it. They walked away with a 35-25 win over the Monache Marauders on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Broncos as they're now sitting on four straight.

It was another big night for Lindsay Biddle, who posted 12 points. Abby Lesagonicz was another key player, putting up eight points.

Monache's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Milly Rojas, who put up eight points in addition to six rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Shelley Andrade, who had six points and 11 boards.

Rancho Bernardo's record is now 26-7. As for Monache, their defeat dropped their record down to 25-9.

Coming up, Rancho Bernardo will take on Caruthers at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Caruthers' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last ten contests. Monache does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
