Softball Recap: Silliman Institute Comes Up Short

Silliman Institute kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 16-6 to the Simpson Academy Cougars. The Wildcats have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Simpson Academy's victory bumped their record up to 27-6.

Silliman Institute does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Simpson Academy, they will face off against Cathedral at 12:00 p.m. on Monday.
