Los Angeles CES is 9-0-1 against Fairfax since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Los Angeles CES Unicorns will head out on the road to take on the Fairfax Lions at 4:30 p.m. Los Angeles CES is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season.

Los Angeles CES is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Everything went their way against University on Wednesday as Los Angeles CES made off with a 6-1 win. It was an even better day for Angie Contreras as she scored four goals for her team.

Meanwhile, after soaring to six goals the game before, Fairfax was a bit more limited in their game on Wednesday. They lost 10-0 to Palisades. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 504th, while the Dolphins are ranked 70th).

Fairfax has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5-2 record this season. As for Los Angeles CES, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Los Angeles CES was able to grind out a solid win over Fairfax in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Los Angeles CES since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
