American has gone 9-0-1 against Kennedy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The American Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Kennedy Titans at 4:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Abigail Peterman and Yaalini Gokul scored all three of American's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 23 goals.

Meanwhile, Kennedy won against Irvington on Thursday with 11 goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Tuesday. Kennedy blew past Mission San Jose 11-0. That's two games straight that the Titans have won by exactly 11 goals.

American pushed their record up to 8-6-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those four contests. As for Kennedy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-4.

American came out on top in a nail-biter against Kennedy in their previous meeting on January 7th, sneaking past 4-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for American since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
