Baseball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Central's offense. They lost 23-0 to the Bleckley County Royals on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Chargers in their meetings with the Royals: they've now lost three in a row.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-20. As for Bleckley County, their victory bumped their record up to 22-6.

Looking ahead, Bleckley County will head out on the road to face off against Emanuel County Institute at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Central will be paying especially close attention to the Royals' contest: after the Royals face off against the Bulldogs, they'll take on Central again at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
