Basketball Game Preview: Dymally Challengers vs. Port of Los Angeles Polar Bears

The Dymally Challengers are taking a road trip to take on the Port of Los Angeles Polar Bears at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Dymally's offense hasn't had much luck over their past seven games, but Wednesday's matchup will give them a chance to turn things around.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 61-5, which was the final score in Dymally's tilt against Hawkins on Monday. While losing is never fun, the Challengers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1260th, while the Hawks are ranked 622nd).

Meanwhile, Port of Los Angeles was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 67-2 defeat at the hands of Harbor Teacher. The contest marked the Polar Bears' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Dymally's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Port of Los Angeles, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-12.
