Softball Recap: Midwest City Comes Up Short

After soaring to 12 runs the game before, Midwest City was a bit more limited in their contest on Wednesday. They fell 4-1 to the Elgin Owls.

Midwest City's defeat dropped their record down to 19-7-1. As for Elgin, they moved to 24-12 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Midwest City didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 7-3 win against Lawton on the 8th. Hopefully Elgin paid attention to the Bombers' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Bombers on Thursday.
