Football Recap: Denfeld Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Denfeld's offense. They had to suffer through a 55-0 loss at the hands of the Grand Rapids Thunderhawks. The Hunters were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Thunderhawks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Denfeld is on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3. As for Grand Rapids, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Denfeld will challenge Pequot Lakes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Grand Rapids, they will face off against Duluth East at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
