Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wiley). They blew past the Manzanola Bobcats 63-12 on Thursday. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 56-6.

Grant Mauch continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 115 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushing for 57 yards and one TD. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (156.3).

The victory made it two in a row for Wiley and bumps their season record up to 3-7. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points over those games. As for Manzanola, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 3-7.

As of now, neither Wiley nor the Bobcats have any future games scheduled.
