Baseball Game Preview: Worth County Rams vs. Schley County Wildcats

The Worth County Rams will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on the Schley County Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Worth County is coming home looking for redemption after taking a loss in their road opener. They fell 19-15 to Colquitt County on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Schley County unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against Fitzgerald on Tuesday, falling 13-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Wildcats have suffered since April 8, 2025.

Worth County beat Schley County 5-0 in their previous meeting back in February of 2025. Will the Rams repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
