Softball Recap: Southeast Colorado Picks Up Fourth Straight Win on the Road

After losing to Strasburg the last time they met, Southeast Colorado decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Angels put the hurt on the Indians with a sharp 22-12 win on Saturday. Considering the Angels have won three contests by more than nine runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Southeast Colorado's victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Strasburg, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-4 record this season.
