Recap: Round Valley Mustangs vs. Potter Valley Bearcats
The Round Valley Mustangs posted their biggest victory since December 6, 2023 on Tuesday. They blew past Potter Valley, posting a 64-15 victory on the road. That's another feather in the cap for Round Valley, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Round Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ayla Hinman, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Claudia Boggs, who scored 14 points along with two steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Round Valley and bumps their season record up to 9-7. As for Potter Valley, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Round Valley will look to defend their home court on Friday against Laytonville at 5:30 p.m. Laytonville is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Potter Valley, they will head out on the road to challenge Anderson Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
