Tustin hasn't lost a match since December 21, 2024, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Buena Park Coyotes. Given the Tillers' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 412th, while the Coyotes are ranked 917th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kaia Tindukasiri and Emma Mendel scored all three of Tustin's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Tustin's win bumped their record up to 7-5-4. As for Buena Park, they dropped their record down to 3-13-1 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.

Tustin will host Kennedy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kennedy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Tustin surely won't give up without a fight. As for Buena Park, they will face off against Godinez Fundamental at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Godinez Fundamental is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3 goals per game this season.
