Simi Valley put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their undefeated season alive. Their defense stepped up to hand the Artesia Pioneers a 1-0 shutout. Give Simi Valley's defense some credit: that's the team's sixth straight shutout.

Simi Valley's victory bumped their record up to 6-0-1. As for Artesia, they moved to 6-2 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Simi Valley and Paraclete will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on December 30th. Simi Valley's defense has only allowed 0.1 goals per game this season, so Paraclete's offense will have their work cut out for them.
