Volleyball Recap: Ravenna Gets the Win

Ravenna posted their closest win since October 28, 2024 on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Loomis Wolves 2-1. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Bluejays as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Breckyn Wick paced Ravenna's offense, picking up eight kills. Wick got some help from Ebony Bock and her 11 assists. Naomi Hervert controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Ravenna's win bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Loomis, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-8.

Ravenna has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Pleasanton on the 27th. As for Loomis, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Bertrand on the 27th.
