Soccer Recap: Charles City Comes Up Short

Charles City lost against Denver back in May of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Comets came up short against the Cyclones, falling 4-1. Charles City's defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Charles City's loss dropped their record down to 2-11-2. As for Denver, the win got them back to even at 8-8-3.

Charles City are facing Postville at the right time seeing as Postville are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Denver, they will face off against Grundy Center at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
