Soccer Recap: Tabernacle Christian Gets the Win

Tabernacle Christian barely beat Indy Genesis HomeSchool the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 5-1 margin over the Indy Genesis on Friday. Talan Badger was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

Tabernacle Christian's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Indy Genesis HomeSchool, they now have a losing record of 0-1-1.

Coincidentally, Tabernacle Christian and Indy Genesis HomeSchool will both be playing Colonial Christian the next time they take the pitch. The Eagles will host the Cougars at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Indy Genesis will head out to face them at 5:45 p.m. on September 2.
