Soccer Recap: Blessed Trinity Beats Kell for Their Third Straight Win

Blessed Trinity proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by three) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a goal and slipped past the Kell Longhorns 2-1. Given the Titans' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 63rd, while the Longhorns are ranked 225th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The victory was the third in a row for Blessed Trinity, bringing their record for this year to 4-2. As for Kell, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-5.

Coming up, Blessed Trinity will host Centennial at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kell, they are taking a road trip to challenge Westminster at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Westminster will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Kell surely won't give up without a fight.
