Football Recap: West Central Area Comes Up Short

West Central Area was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Browerville/Lafreniere HomeSchool, falling 36-14. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Browerville/Lafreniere HomeSchool apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

West Central Area's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Browerville/Lafreniere HomeSchool, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. West Central Area will take on rival Ashby/Brandon/Evansville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Browerville/Lafreniere HomeSchool is set to face off against their familiar foe Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
