Caceres came up big in Cypress' 50-39 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Isabella Caceres stepped things up a notch to give Cypress the 'W'. Valencia had no answer to Caceres as she scored 14 points along with eight steals and two blocks in the win.
Caceres and Cypress will be playing at home against Kennedy at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Cypress got just the result they wanted when they last faced Kennedy, probably because Caceres had a great game then too: she scored 12 points along with nine rebounds and five assists.
