Soccer Game Preview: West Branch vs. Anamosa

West Branch has gone a perfect 3-0 against Anamosa recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Bears will be playing at home against the Raiders at 6:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

West Branch's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Bellevue. The win made it back-to-back victories for West Branch.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Anamosa, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. Everything went their way against Monticello on Friday as they made off with a 7-0 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Anamosa considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

Anamosa pushed their record up to 7-3-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those five games. As for West Branch, they now have a winning record of 7-6-2.
