Lanier Christian Academy won the last time they faced Young Americans Christian and things went their way on Monday too. The Lightning blew past the Eagles 16-6. The result was nothing new for the Lightning, who have now won six games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Lanier Christian Academy got a massive performance out of Owen Tedder, who got on base in four of his six plate appearances with three stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. Those four RBI gave Tedder a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Earl Adamson, who went 2-for-4 with four runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

The victory made it two in a row for Lanier Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 7-8. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 8 runs in those games. As for Young Americans Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.
