Soccer Recap: Cherokee Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Cherokee was not quite Etowah's equal in the second half on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Etowah Eagles. The Warriors' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Cherokee's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Etowah, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-3.

Coincidentally, Cherokee and Etowah will both be playing North Paulding the next time they take the pitch. Cherokee will host North Paulding at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Etowah will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on March 21st.
