Soccer Recap: Mira Monte Extends Winning Streak to Three

While Mira Monte didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Taft Wildcats on Saturday. That's two games straight that the Lions have won by just one goal.

The victory was the third in a row for Mira Monte, bringing their record for this year to 4-1. As for Taft, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1.
