Soccer Game Preview: Lindsay vs. Selma + Official Tickets

The Lindsay Cardinals will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against the Selma Bears at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams each escaped with close wins against their previous opponents.

Lindsay will bounce into Wednesday's matchup after beating Fowler, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Cardinals won by a goal and slipped past the Redcats 2-1.

Izabel Perez and Audryna Ramirez scored both of Lindsay's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Meanwhile, Selma narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Fresno 2-1.

Lindsay now has a winning record of 1-0-1. As for Selma, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Lindsay might still be hurting after the 4-1 loss they got from Selma in their previous matchup back in February. Can the Cardinals avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
