Basketball Recap: Prospect Makes It Nine in a Row at Home

Prospect had won three straight games and Sadie Slaughter did her part to make it four on Thursday. The Prospect Panthers were the clear victor by a 57-35 margin over the Evergreen Valley Cougars thanks in part to Slaughter, who dropped a double-double with 25 points and 12 boards. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Prospect's points.

Akeisha McDaid was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with nine points and 11 rebounds. She has been hot, having posted eight or more boards the last six times she's played.
