Rock Bridge posted their closest win since October 12, 2024 on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Blair Bears 8-7. Winning may never get old, but the Bruins sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Rock Bridge now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Blair, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-4.

Rock Bridge will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Jefferson City at 5:30 p.m. on the 16th. As for Blair, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 14-0 win against Mercy on the 5th.
