Football Recap: Socorro Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Socorro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 60-18 defeat at the hands of the Estancia Bears. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bears apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Socorro's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Estancia, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Socorro didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 65-14 loss against Ruidoso on the 19th. As for Estancia, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 54-34 defeat against Hope Christian on the 20th.
