Softball Recap: West Hall Comes Up Short

West Hall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They came up short against the Forsyth Central Bulldogs, falling 15-4. The Spartans were not able to make up for their loss to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

West Hall's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Forsyth Central, they moved to 4-17-1 with that victory, which also ended their six-game losing streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. West Hall will square off against Cherokee Bluff at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Spartans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bears have averaged an impressive 7.4 runs per game this season. As for Forsyth Central, they are taking a road trip to challenge King's Ridge Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 8.2 runs per game this season.
