Basketball Game Preview: Dana Hills Dolphins vs. Aliso Niguel Wolverines

Dana Hills hasn't had much luck against Aliso Niguel recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Dana Hills Dolphins just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Aliso Niguel Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Dana Hills is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 58 points on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Anaheim on Wednesday. They had to suffer through a 57-23 loss at the hands of the Colonists.

Meanwhile, Aliso Niguel came up short against San Juan Hills on Tuesday and fell 51-38. The Wolverines haven't had much luck with the Stallions recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Aliso Niguel's loss dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Dana Hills, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-15.

Things could have been worse for Dana Hills, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 62-44 loss to Aliso Niguel when the teams last played back in January of 2022. Thankfully for Dana Hills, Shanna Brown (who shot 5-for-9 from deep and dropped a double-double on 33 points and 23 rebounds) won't be suiting up this time.
