Softball Recap: LaGrange Comes Up Short

LaGrange blew Fayette County out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Thursday Fayette County got their revenge. The Grangers fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 9-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Grangers have suffered since August 22, 2024.

LaGrange's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Fayette County, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, LaGrange will square off against Spalding at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fayette County, they will face off against Haralson County at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
