MOC-Floyd Valley was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Sheldon on Wednesday. The Dutchmen put the hurt on the Orabs with a sharp 10-1 win. The Dutchmen might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by eight runs or more this season.

MOC-Floyd Valley's victory was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-4. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.1 runs over those games. As for Sheldon, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

MOC-Floyd Valley wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 11-1 victory against Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley on the 26th. Sheldon has also already played their next matchup (against Central Lyon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
