After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Arlington, Logan View/Scribner-Snyder was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 7-4 win over the Syracuse Rockets. The victory continues a trend for Logan View/Scribner-Snyder in their matchups with Syracuse: they've now won six in a row.

Rachel Purvis was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Kinley Osborn, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Logan View/Scribner-Snyder's record now sits at 16-8. As for Syracuse, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-19 record this season.
