Maple Shade extended their winning streak to eight on Monday, bumping them up to 12-8. They were the clear victors by a 20-2 margin over the Moorestown Friends Foxes. Considering the Wildcats have won seven games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Moorestown Friends, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. They haven't had much luck with Maple Shade recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

For Moorestown Friends' part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ben Buchdal, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Another was Rory Chou, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Coming up, Maple Shade will host Florence Township Memorial at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Moorestown Friends, they will head out to challenge Westampton Tech at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The Foxes' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Panthers have averaged an impressive 8.3 runs per game this season.
