Soccer Game Preview: Fowler vs. Chowchilla

The Fowler Redcats will head out on the road to square off against the Chowchilla Tribe at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Fowler will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Fowler's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. Everything went their way against Liberty as Fowler made off with a 4-0 win. Considering the Redcats have won ten games by more than three goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Chowchilla was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They came up short against Yosemite, falling 10-0. The loss continues a trend for the Tribe in their matchups with the Badgers: they've now lost three in a row.

Fowler pushed their record up to 13-8-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those five matchups. As for Chowchilla, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-11-1.
