Soccer Game Preview: Trinity Christian vs. Mary Persons

The Trinity Christian Lions are taking a road trip to face off against the Mary Persons Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Trinity Christian is likely headed into the game with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against LaGrange on Tuesday. Trinity Christian fell just short of LaGrange by a score of 1-0. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mary Persons). They blew past Spalding 6-0 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Mary Persons' win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Trinity Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.
