Basketball Recap: Camp Hill Takes a Loss

Camp Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were beaten by the Susquehanna Township HANNA 69-32. The Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-14.

Lindsay Johnson and Anna Shartle certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Johnson posted seven points and six rebounds, while Shartle scored five points along with seven boards and four blocks. Those four blocks gave Shartle a new career-high.

Camp Hill's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Susquehanna Township, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Camp Hill and James Buchanan will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. As for Susquehanna Township, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bishop McDevitt at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
