Soccer Recap: Imperial Takes a Loss

Imperial lost against Central back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Imperial Tigers lost 4-1 to the Central Spartans. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Imperial's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Central, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-4-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Imperial take on the Brawley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Brawley is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.7 goals per game this season. Central has already played their next match (against Southwest EC), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
