            Softball Recap: Campbell Spartans vs. North Cobb Warriors        
        
		
        
        
            While it was Campbell who put the first  runs on the board on Monday, it was North Cobb who put up more. The Spartans lost  9-3 to the Warriors. Spartans fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Warriors since  Monday.
  Harper MacDonald was cooking despite her team's loss,   going 2-for-3 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Charlotte Keib, who  went 2-for-4 with two  doubles and one  run.
Campbell has  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record  this season. As for North Cobb, their win was  their fifth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 18-5.
 Looking ahead, Campbell will head out to  challenge Osborne  at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for North Cobb, they will welcome Carrollton  at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few  runs on average (the Warriors 2.5, the Trojans 2.6) so any  runs scored will be well earned.
