Softball Game Preview: Camden County Wildcats vs. Dacula Falcons + Official Tickets

The Camden County Wildcats are taking a road trip to challenge the Dacula Falcons at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.

Camden County fell victim to Long County and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 11-0 to the Blue Tide. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Wildcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Dacula duked it out with Collins Hill on Tuesday. The Falcons walked away with a 10-7 victory over the Eagles. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Tatiana Loera was a standout: she went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. She has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Lianna Rodriguez, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Dacula kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in three consecutive matchups.

Dacula's victory bumped their record up to 19-11. As for Camden County, they now have a losing record of 14-15.
