Basketball Game Preview: Westview Wolverines vs. Francis Parker Lancers

The Westview Wolverines will square off against the Francis Parker Lancers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Westview comes in on three and Francis Parker on eight.

Westview is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They came out on top against Grossmont by a score of 53-40.

Meanwhile, Francis Parker didn't have too much trouble with Rancho Bernardo on Friday as they won 38-24. Given the Lancers' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 18th, while the Broncos are ranked 130th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Westview's victory bumped their record up to 20-8. As for Francis Parker, they pushed their record up to 19-8 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.
