Basketball Game Preview: Carter Lions vs. Summit SkyHawks

Carter is 0-8 against Summit since December of 2018 but things could change on Friday. The Carter Lions will welcome the Summit SkyHawks at 7:00 p.m. Carter will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Carter will bounce into Friday's match after beating Eisenhower, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. Carter took down Eisenhower 52-34 on Wednesday. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 453rd, while the Eagles are ranked 931st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Summit unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a hard 70-51 fall against Rialto.

Carter's victory bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Summit, their loss dropped their record down to 14-4.
