Baconton Charter came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with 16 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.1 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Southwest Georgia STEM Charter Aggies 20-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 18-0 back in March.

Baconton Charter pushed their record up to 26-1 with the win, which was their 22nd straight on the road dating back to last season. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.2 runs over those games. As for Southwest Georgia STEM Charter, they moved to 7-14 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
