The Tucker Tigers will take on the Fellowship Christian Paladins at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.
Tucker fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Duluth on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 14-13.
Blake Samuda was huge no matter where he played even without the win. On the mound, he pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run but no hits. Samuda was also big at the plate, scoring three runs while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances. He also put up a hit, which was his first of the season.

In other batting news, Alec Waller was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-5. What's more, he posted three hits, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Landen Sherrill, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, Fellowship Christian came up short against Whitewater on Friday and fell 5-2. The loss was the Paladins' first of the season.

At the plate, Fellowship Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trummie Patrick, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
Having lost for the first time this season, Fellowship Christian fell to 3-1. As for Tucker, they dropped their record down to 2-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
