Soccer Game Preview: Duarte vs. Baldwin Park

The Duarte Falcons will face off against the Baldwin Park Braves at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Duarte will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Duarte will bounce into Thursday's contest after beating Nogales, who they had gone 1-7-1 against in their nine prior meetings. Everything went Duarte's way against Nogales on Tuesday as Duarte made off with a 4-1 victory. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Baldwin Park and Garey finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw on Tuesday.

Baldwin Park's draw gives them a new season record of 2-9-4. As for Duarte, their win bumped their record up to 7-5-2.

Duarte came out on top in a nail-biter against Baldwin Park in their previous meeting on January 14th, sneaking past 2-1. Will Duarte repeat their success, or does Baldwin Park have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
