Southeast Bulloch owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Long County Blue Tide 1-0. Winning may never get old, but the Yellow Jackets sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Southeast Bulloch's win was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Brady Edwards, who went 1-for-2 with one double. That double marked the first that Edwards hit this season.

Southeast Bulloch pushed their record up to 8-9 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Long County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-7.
