Basketball Recap: Woodbridge's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Woodbridge came into Monday's matchup having lost 12 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Northwood Timberwolves by a score of 37-29 on Monday. The Warriors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Timberwolves, too.

Woodbridge's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-17. As for Northwood, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-16 record this season.

Woodbridge will challenge Portola at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Northwood, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against University at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Northwood is facing University at the right time seeing as University is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
