Softball Recap: Bowlegs Comes Up Short

Bowlegs fell victim to Strother and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 19-0 to the Yellowjackets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bison of the 14-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Bowlegs' loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Strother, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Bowlegs will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Graham/Dustin at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Strother, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 12-11 victory against New Lima on the 15th.
